The meal should be commensurate, right? Fail to Understand What Moms Want Some moms just want some time to themselves. Some want a calm day with some extra support. Still more want some pampering and love. And a little can go a long way. Just do something special. Or do something, you moron. The point is I seriously sucked at life yesterday, and my wife deserved more. Be better for the people who give a crap about you. I felt so unappreciated you can not imagine.

It kind of blew my mind later on to see people actually celebrate these holidays and to expect stuff and to see jesus stressed out about what to give, etc. I bet many of you emailed or txt your girlfriends with a happy mothers day. I can completely understand why you are hurt. If anything, my MIL deserves more credit because she raised 3 awesome kids, and my kid could still glad up to be an asshole, you know. So I suggested maybe we go out to eat or get takeout. Whether you're close or far away from your mom this Sunday, you need to put in some effort to show her you care.
